I named the listing "The Rock of the Team" because it reminded me of something that Grissom said to Warrick in season 7. In the episode "Leaving Las Vegas" there is this scene between the two:

Warrick: Hey, Griss. So Hodges told me that you're flying the coop. What's the matter, you sick of babysittin'?

Grissom: Just the opposite, I'm a teacher with no students.

Warrick: I've still got a lot to learn. And besides, having you around kinda keeps me honest.

Grissom: Whether you know it or not, you're the rock of my team. Catherine's gonna be in charge for a while, while I'm gone. Just be there for her like you've been there for me and it'll all be fine.

Warrick: Thanks man, that means a lot. You know I got you covered. What're you sending those to the Louvre?

Grissom: Well, Ernie Dell did kill with an artistic touch.

Okay, see now in MY mind Grissom means that Warrick is HIS rock - 'my team' is just a close second. lol. But in all honesty, I think that graveyard would'nt be much of anything if Warrick and Grissom weren't together. They are THE rock of the team because they understand each other. I think Warrick is the only person who really KNOWS Grissom (besides Catherine, I mean) and that's how it's supposed to be.
